WHAT A DECISION......

The first property we looked at reminded me so much of home but it was rather expensive in my opinion......

we have looked at many properties since and they really fly off the market here as the demand is so high......meaning vendors can name their prices.

We managed to get in a property before the open day and managed to secure our offer we now have about 12 hrs left of the cooling off period it would be a home short term and eventually an investment property to let; but would enable us to have our own space for now....

Cant decide to follow my head or my heart ?

Large family home backing onto golfcourse near kids schools V 4 bed bungalow
15 mins from school but half the price.

mmmmmmmmm...........

So what happened? what did you go for, wow what big decisions, are the houses all like those in Neighbours all open plan don't they have stairs?

How exciting, it will be nice for you to have your own home, I'd go for the one that feels like home, probably not very helpful!

Love to you all!

Helen xxxx.(lots of kisses in case some fall off on the way to OZ!)

I hope you were able to make a decision you will be happy with. I know how wonderful it is to be in your own home and hope it will happen for you.

Like Granny always said, "if in doubt don't" ..... so we pulled out of the contract it just didnt sit right.....the system is so different here, if you like a house you put your offer in contract form, then after the vendor accepts the offer you have 48 hours to change your mind......aaahhh....if you put it in writing that is if not its a legally binding contract.

I think Mike may be re-considering sermons about "going" to ones about "staying!"

Praying much about a new home for you both. God wouldn't have taken you so far away from us if He didn't have THAT detail in hand! Looking forward to seeing pics of it when you move in!

LOL
Pat
