FEAR OR NOT TO FEAR THAT IS THE QUESTION !!
Today we've been in the garden planting some of the shrubs we purchased at the weekend; Ray our neighbour was kindly helping Andy with the breaking of the concrete and wheeling it all round to the skip !
The subject of insects came up because Claire is so fearful of bees, wasps, and generally any creepies and kept running off at any buzz - can't think who would instill such a fear in her children !! anyway after much discussing Ray and Andy convinced Claire to hold a worm in exchange for £10 she ummed and arred for ages and then all of a sudden decided she'd go for it, within an hour she was happily holding them saying come on mum, hold the worm !! And even chased me round the garden with one that l didn't find funny at all - with all the comotion and the incentive of another £10 Laura came out and decided she could manage to hold the thing and was £10 better off; l have to add they had to hold the worms for a certain length of time and the money is handy for their weekend away !! they had conquered a fear and so Andy concidered it money well spent.
Unfortunately l couldn't do as well as the girls l had one dropped in my hand for a second or two and dropped him straight back on the mud Yuck - but you understand it's not that l was scared !!! I JUST DIDN'T WANT TOO !!! and anyway l wouldn't be able to eat spag. bog. for weeks !!! Ray has said to the girls they will have them picking up spiders before they know it !! the worm all of a sudden seems easy peasy !!
So come on who could hold the worm without the incentive of money ( l have to add l don't mind them whilst l'm gardening as long as they stay in the mud and l have gloves on)

Did you watch 'I'm a celebrity get me out of here?' well after watching that I couldn't eat king prawns as it reminded me of those yucky witchety grub things they had to eat!

I'm alright with worms, just hate maggots, I once found one in my peach, still better than half a maggot!

Yuk - I hate worms. No matter where I am in the garden I always end up impaling one on a fork somehow... On holiday I had a snake wrapped round my head, I was sitting in the wrong place. I had a frozen smile!
